Ocean County College.
Commissioner Blandina has worked for the Township of Brick and the State of New Jersey.
He has been involved in Civic events for many years within the Township of Brick.
Commissioner Blandina has been the Chairman of the Ocean County Columbus Day Parade for 29 years.
