Please be advised that ALL Brick Township MUA workers are issued and expected to carry ID cards identifying them as BTMUA personnel. If you did not schedule an appointment or request service, ask to see identification.

If you are still uncomfortable granting access to your home or property, you may call us at 732-458-7000 to verify the identity of the worker.

partner Brick Utilities encourages its customers to voluntarily conserve water where possible, especially outdoors for activies such as lawn and landscape watering and other water-dependent activities in and around the home.

Reminder to Our Customers

DO NOT FLUSH DISPOSABLE WIPES DOWN THE TOILET

With the increased use of disposable wipes during this Coronavirus pandemic, we are reminding our customers to make sure you DO NOT flush wipes down the toilet. Disposable wipes, even those labeled as flushable, do not properly breakdown as toilet paper does in the sewer system. Flushing these wipes can potentially cause blockage of sewer lines and sewage pumps being clogged. This could result in sewage backing up into your home or spills to the environment, in addition to costly and time consuming repairs.

Please make sure disposable wipes are thrown IN THE TRASH and NOT flushed down the toilet.

BTMUA greatly appreciates your cooperation in maintaining a healthy sewer system for our community.
